Does Web 20.0 becomes High quality PR7 DA90 in selling services

Hi every .
I'm not new to this forum and not new to SEO things . I already do alot of works on SEO and made some success .
after leaving this field for a year I decided to stop doing my work alone and Give it professionals .
So I headed to marketplace here and bought one service claiming the offers High Quality PR8 and DA 60~90 Posts Links .
After two days I got report from the seller via skype . surprise surprise the link was from newly created Web 2.0 Blog .
What !!! Who's selling this shit and claim it's post on PR8 site . I already have dozens of blogs from same Web 2.0 site he give it to me .
I'm not mentioning they guy ID right now . waiting for his reply on my PM. but come on we are not dumb here to Sell us crappy links and claim as it comes from CNN.com or some well know news agency . This called Lie and Scam on people .
I was really hoping this guy was giving me a link from his PBN blog and I will not bother if it DA-10 but selling me the air is more than what I can take it.

I almost post the guy ID here but he opened his skype and offer me replacement another web2.0 but in some better .
I just want everyone here to bewared about staffs some people promoted here IT NOT LIKE WHT THEY SAID .
As their is no refund guarantee you should ask provided about domain he will link on it . don't repeat the same mistake I did .
