Does using RDP for Youtube channel help?

Hi guys,

I have a question about using RDP for running a YouTube channel.
I started a YouTube channel using an RDP in order to have an American audience, so I started publishing content for a while now but it looks like that it doesn't help!! The worst is I don't get any views maybe 1 view.
Is RDP a red flag for YouTube?
Any idea or thoughts on this ?

RDPs are cool for geo-targeting, but low views might be algo issues, try posting at peak times or buying initial views

Maybe this is a ground breaking thought from me, but whats wrong with a home ip, and "western" content topic targetting? I seen packistani videos that were computer related, and i'm a "westerner", its to do with the subject. Take a look at gangnam style, thats a korean ip account, yet its one of the top videos watched worldwide. lol

Actually i live in France, and have another channel where i publish from my home IP different videos in the same topic, and even though i write the description and title in English i only get views from France. That's why i started wondering if it has something to do with the IP and tried this approach of publishing From an RDP to get to a bigger audience.

Using RDP might not directly help with gaining views on YouTube. YouTube’s algorithm focuses more on engagement (likes, comments, watch time) rather than the location or IP you're accessing from.
