Does Using a Cloned App to Manage Two TikTok Accounts Pose a Risk?

I have two TikTok apps, and now I’m working on two accounts. Will this pose any risk to either of the accounts?

Can you have two TikTok accounts? Yes, the platform's rules do not prohibit creating two accounts. Accounts must be registered on different phones or email addresses. Just keep in mind that TikTok cuts the reach of accounts created by the same person.
 
Why would you do that? I'm logged into 3 tiktok accounts using my phone, never had a problem

Yes but my question is it normal to open two account in the same phone ?

Because I want to warm up both accounts to work on CPA. That’s the reason. I also think I’ll create more accounts in the future, which is why I’m asking this question to know if there’s any issue with opening multiple TikTok accounts on the same device.

I have an iPhone with the regular Tiktok app, and another Android phone with a Tiktok mod. I want to target the USA, but I don’t have a third phone to set up TikTok on another device. Are there any ways to do this without using a VPN?
