Search your site domain on baidu, if its listed there. And they stay and watch on your site than let them be. Once I had 20k daily users from china. They made me 10-12$ daily. Not bad for a country that you cant sell anything adult oriented.

If you are not doing business with China it is best to block the whole country on server level.
