Does the follow-for-follow method still work?

Follow-Unfollow does not work. Follow-for-Follow sometimes work. Nowadays, people call it Shoutout for Shoutout.

Yes it still works, you can grow from there and also shoutouts, depends on niche, some niche are easier to grow some don’t.

brand building is hard that’s why you probly think it may not work anymore, personal brand is where i would go to build on Instagram
 
In fact, follow/unfollow will always be a working method. Only Instagram has made it so it is a lot harder to grow this way nowadays. They have reduced the amount of actions you can perform before you get blocked. It is nothing comparable to what it was a year or 2 ago. In my opinion you would be able to grow 200-300 follows top per month doing follow/unfollow safely.

Agree with you but not with the last part I've been using this method since 2015 and until now I'm able to grow by 50 follow per day with my lowest settings, and if the source is good and with make the risk high by following a lot of people daily I can make it to 150-200 follow back daily ( but the hard thing here is to find that kind of source so with a normal source 100 follow daily is achievable for me so at least 50*30 it's about 1500 follows per month

Instagram is becoming stronger in case of algorithms day by day, Follow for Follow and all are still there..
There are some groups to revert on your posts..

They are working like - You like all the posts, and they will like all the posts given.
Someone is running Like pods, in which they give an ACCOUNT to tag on your post. (around 900 people tag that account on their post.) and next is, Everyone will start liking all the tagged posts on that particular account.

But all these things are really terrible for an Instagram account. The reach count will not at all increase because Instagram catches fake likes!
So, My suggestion is to in the flow.. IG's algorithms are best to support new creators.

Yeah, you're right - Following/Unfollowing is a working method.... But it will impact the type of audience.

As in, imagine you're from Asia, and you're running an Instagram account.
You want to increase followers.. so you start to follow/unfollow some high authority verified accounts.

But the amount and quality of followers you gain by doing this is not at all good for a page.
 
Yes it works, but you need to be patient and don't expect big results. Avg you can gain is 600 per month and I've seen accounts getting about 900-1k but it really needs to be popular niche and great account content. If your targeting is good you can get some quality and loyal followers.
 
Follow for Follow method works, you need to go slow for month ( in new account ) warm up for week (aged account). Follow only those who have profile pictures.

100% agree with you. This is why I don’t do manual f/und on clients accounts anymore and haven’t for almost 2 years. The risk of a page being eventually shadow-banned is high.
 
Yes, if your goal is to grow the number of your followers. But since IG algorithm now considers engagements and how long people stay on your profile, you might want to make sure that you do not overuse f4f, and you have great content (use carousel) that will keep engagements and keep people on your page.

Hi! Yes, this is the best method for starting in my opinion. After that, you can start attracting people from other social networks.

Build up many accounts in one niche with many keywords. (( bot slow ))

Then all those that get good followers move them to a legit main account.

Best ever method.
main account manually controlled only.

Now monetize main account.

Easy money when getting into it.

Yes server, application, proxy all add up monthly until monetization, but long term business income.

If you do this with same application and proxy and different web 2.0 can get even more money.

2.Sell shoutouts in your niche, join shoutout broker for more money.

3.join affiliate In your niche, drive traffic from dm account followers.

4. set up a free download gift in the niche and get your followers to add their real email address, send afflicate niche deals to the email list.

5. Do a blog and add google Adsense to the blog now dm followers the URL of the blog.

There you go full business above with setup method and monetize methods that work and earn cash from.

It works.. but you need real followers to make money.
100 engaged followers is worth 2000 un-engaged followers.
Even shutouts are getting more savvy - if they don't get a lot of traffic, then they give you a bad review.
Personally I have found over the last 5 years quality over quantity with instagram + niche.

Yep.. totally agree, although I would avoid followinglike bots, riddled with spyware.. I'm making an article about this soon to published.
Javee's a good investment if your full time and serious... I'm talking 10 hours a day hammering at IG.
I like instadub.. but using it lightly.. as in alot of accounts a few actions 4 - 5 days a week each. One of the best features it has (and most complicated to master.. sorry @rootjazz :) ) is the "engagement ratio". Simply put you have to work out using filters the best settings to find accounts that have X % of engagement. It basically drastically reduces the chances of wasting your actions on other botting - dead or useless accounts. Once you find the sweet spot ( and it has to be adjusted for factors like hashtag - niche etc) then the results are excellent. However the big drawback is that once you find that sweet spot and variable slider.. you wont want to share it... lol. So no fuckers do :)
