it works but it's certainly not a good method if you want to make a lot of money and build big big accounts

Absolutely You have to start with the f4f method until you reach an amount of followers can push you to go to the explore page

yes it works and i do that for my 2 ig account and constantly keep posting stuff and then after3 days i unfollow the people!
by the way, i also have another account where i didn't post or following anyone just added bio and profile picture that's it but still, i get 2-3 followers in my 3rd account every week without dropping lol

I'm not sure if you're talking about follow for follow or follow/unfollow as a lot of people get confused between the two. Follow for follow works with authority accounts if they also, engage with your content. That is just like getting a good quality backlink for your account. But if there's no engagement then there's no point.
If you're talking about follow/unfollow then it will always work to get that initial traction and build up your account to a certain number of followers before you start focusing on just organic growth.

Yeah, it's a good method. But you have to use more other methods too. Because sometimes after the following user may unfollow you.

If you just want to gain followers it still work, if you don't overuse it as mentioned above.
If you want to increase your reach it might not work as for IG you engagement rate is counting. My experience is that followers who came by follow for follow are just following and often not interacting with my content, as they just followed to follow and not because they are interested in the concent. If you have tousands of followers but almost no reactions on your posts, you won't trigger IGs algorithm to go viral.
Companies which pay for IG marketing usually also watch your engegament rate.

Yes it does but it works more efficiently when you combine Follow-Unfollow with Likes and Comments to make it more Authentic,Natural and Non-Spammy.When you start a new account,It's the best method to grow initially and later when you reach a good stage where you organically get followers,You can stop F/UF and start with some other methods.
Also F/UF is good when you want to gain around 15-60 New Followers/Day but at one stage to grow even more,You can't just do F/UF but you need to combine it with other methods like Mother Child,Mass Dm's,Ads etc.

It does work but very slow, i dont recommend it, or if you want, do it for only a short period of time.

It can work and does sometimes work but you should just use organic ways ( manually not bot ) to grow your Instagram.

Depending on the kind of account you have and the niche you're in, it might still work.
Not as good as it did before but the numbers will be lower, you will have to stay under the radar and keep everything in check to avoid the suspensions and still see results.
