Telegram spamming works if some one has right offer and for growing your own Telegram channels.
For the 2nd to work spammer should have channels with great content that the targeted should be willing to join or some other incentive.

Nothing unnatural has any potential. That's my opinion.

It has potential. But you need a good niche.
There’s still a small demand for mass-message tools, but it’s getting riskier and less profitable. Telegram detection and bans are more common, and clients often get short-term results then disappear. If you’re looking to sell something, consider safer options, targeted outreach, automation for onboarding/analytics, or growth services (ads/influencers) those scale better and keep clients longer.

If you have a good offer and value proposition then yes it works.
