Does Spotify know if you are using a VPN to Stream farm?

The third day, i wake up and the four iphone are disconected from spotify , i reconnect all of them and start streaming again, seem's ok

BUT

at 21H that day i see 76 stream instead of 7000+ expected, the next day : 86 stream..
I see 18 auditor live on spotify for artist all the time, my 4 iphone keep stream 24/24 no disconnect,
but the stream seem to be not counted on the 24H stats

So i found this forum on google and im so thankfull for that, i'm gonna use proxy now

Do you think i should completely change the artist and all the listener spotify account with proxy this time ?
Do you know any discord or telegram who can help me with that buisness ?

• VPN Usage: VPNs might work for a short time, but streaming platforms like Spotify are always on the lookout for suspicious patterns. Using a single VPN IP address for continuous streaming will eventually get flagged.
• Stream Counting: Spotify uses various algorithms to determine legitimate streams. Continuous 24/7 streaming from the same device/IP will most likely be flagged as unnatural and won't be counted. Even if the device shows it as playing, the backend algorithms might be discarding those as legitimate streams.
• Changing Artist & Listener Accounts: If Spotify detects suspicious activity on an account, there's a possibility that they're monitoring that particular account more closely. However, repeatedly creating new accounts and repeating the same behavior might get you flagged faster, as they'd start detecting patterns.

Yes, a VPN is often detected by Spotify's algorithm. You can use 4G/5G dedicated mobile proxies with IP rotation as they would work fine with Spotify farming. A proxy always provides more security and anonymity than a VPN.

This is going to be fully detectable and you not only will not get any kind of payout in royalties but you ultimately risk not only Spotify taking your music off its platform. But you also run the high chance that your Distributor will take down your music from all the other platforms then they will suspend your account and freeze ALL earnings even from other stores.



Spotify bot farming is a very complicated complex process in today’s age and you need a substantial investment to properly do it the right way. And by substantial I mean you would need to invest a minimum of $500-$1,000+ a month between mobile proxies, residential proxies, high quality bots, accounts (premiums), fingerprints, RDPs etc etc etc.



You cannot get started in Spotify botting using only a VPN that is likely already well known, uses public IPs, high fraud score and that IPs are detected as proxies. Spotify isn’t easy like it once was back in early before 2020. Back in 2020 was the wave of everyone getting into doing it and so Spotify was forced to act. Since then they have made it their main focus to detect fraudulent streaming activity and have made it their mission to no pay artist, especially unknown artist; royalties for their streams.



I would highly recommend that you choose another platform. It will be very very difficult for you to get started with little to zero knowledge and experience. Especially if you aren’t will to spend the money to first get actually high quality proxies.



if I may, I suggest that you look at another platform with much less detections and that will be easier for you to start out in. SoundCloud, from my experience is just that. I’ve personally have had bot forms on majority of the music platforms and I still do mostly to this day. However, Soundcloud has been the absolute most profitable for me as currently I make on average between $8-$13k monthly collectively from all my “ghost artists”.



A tip I would also suggest is to not put all your eggs into one basket. You want to make sure to spread your streams over multiple multiple artist. Furthermore you will also want to obviously spread your artist over multiple multiple different distributors. And when you stream, stream to various playlists, tracks, albums, searched plays, etc etc. You need to make sure everything looks legitimate. For every artist, create social media accounts and post to them etc etc.



There is a lot of work that truly goes into doing it the right way to achieve success. Takes a lot of time, money and patience. But if you are willing to learn and put in the work and money for investment you can eventually become successful in this type of business.
