All Russia uses it - and no they wont ask for ID to get the payment, but not sure if its the best solution for exchange

No. I have webmoney account - Ive never sent ID there, and I can get and send payments, just cant withdraw and load funds, and anyways its very complicated system for me..

I use webmoney for most of my affiliate earnings. Yes you need to verify with your ID to remove restrictions on your wallet.

Do you mind speaking about those restrictions, do they apply to me?
I'm looking to recieve $160 and send them to someone to give me other currency.
I would have not made a thread but i searched and did not find answers. Read their FAQ also and other bhw threads and other forums.

Well, I really can't give an answer to your question as I only followed the procedures during registration of my WebMoney account and have no idea if non-verified accounts can be used for transactions. I'll suggest opening a support ticket on their website to ask about their rules. They may take a while to reply though.

You need Id verification to encrease in/out limits, default is only 80-150$ a day.
