Does someone use WebMoney?

And send them to someone to exchange them.

Do i need to send any documents, i'm not confortable sending my ID's.

No. I have webmoney account - Ive never sent ID there, and I can get and send payments, just cant withdraw and load funds, and anyways its very complicated system for me..

I use webmoney for most of my affiliate earnings. Yes you need to verify with your ID to remove restrictions on your wallet.

Well, I really can't give an answer to your question as I only followed the procedures during registration of my WebMoney account and have no idea if non-verified accounts can be used for transactions. I'll suggest opening a support ticket on their website to ask about their rules. They may take a while to reply though.

You need Id verification to encrease in/out limits, default is only 80-150$ a day.
