In the world of TikTok and Instagram, there’s a common belief that scheduling posts lowers your reach and should be avoided — but we disagree. Here’s why.

Official Scheduling Tools

If you’re not aware, Instagram offers an official scheduling feature through Meta Business Suite, where you can plan your posts in advance so you don’t have to manually post every day. Most Instagram accounts also have built-in post scheduling directly in the app when publishing content.

What About Reach?

We run a farm account using scheduled posts, and based on our results, we’ve seen no drop in reach. Honestly, it would be surprising if the official tool didn’t work as intended. So if you need to schedule posts on Instagram, go ahead — no worries.

For TikTok, things are a bit different. Third-party scheduling services often use a setup that can reduce performance. However, if the posts are scheduled through mobile devices via automation (something you can check), there’s no negative impact.

Don’t See Scheduling in Your Instagram App?

New accounts don’t have this feature by default — it appears later. But you can always log into Meta Business Suite with your account and schedule posts there without any issues.
