I am a newbie in this field. I am just curious to know that if tools like Ranker X or Money Robot still works? If anyone has any recent experience ranking using these tools please share.

Yes it does !

However, if you can get some quality content for all the submission then & only links will get indexed.

MoneyRobot, i personally never tried it but someone told me they use their own sites. RankerX is powerful when it comes to Tier-1.

Get the Tier-1 building done using RankerX and shoot Tier-2 & Tier-3 using GSA!

rankerx is still pretty awesome but dont ever mention money robot around here because it is pure garbage

Depends on how you use the tool. If you configure it wrong and blast away you'll likely destroy the site.

The tool still works and is still being updated. Feedback is still good for a lot of user and success result is still pretty good.
