If you mind me asking, what are admaven cpm rates for popunder?
Same here. I recently switched to AdMaven to try them and they are much better (traffic and earnings) than PropellerAds right now. PropellerAds have been taking advantage of my good traffic for so many years (malware).

Yea why did u get up on movie site?
It's not fixed and varies. What I can say for sure is that I only run 1 ad type now vs 4 ad types. I am receiving over 100% more in earnings. That should hopefully help you.

Most of users seem like bot. And Traffic not coming what you set. We detect 1/24 ip per day system not working. All system traffic doing spam. some users coming 50-60x per day. They also not helping anything about this issue.
