Does Propeller ads suck or does my traffic suck ?

I am currently running propeller ads on my site and I feel like I am not getting the money I should be getting, site has 10k visitors a day and most of the traffic is from Philippines, India , United States
currently making 4.5$ for 10K impressions any other ad network that pays better, any suggestions?

Its not a traffic problem and not a lot of seo works with movie sites, you get smashed by DMCA (not an seo expert)

They have a bad rep of flooding websites with scam website and viruses. It gets so annoying at some points that a visitor leave the website just because of those annoying ads. I wouldn't suggest you use on your website unless your site is about movie streaming.
