Does posting every day still help instagram in 2026?

Quality is more important then quantity for growth. But we can't neglect the consistency. Posting daily is a good idea. If you can maintain quality you can post more then one video daily its up to you how can you manage this. Both quality and consistency matters a lot in growth so I suggest you to post daily one or more reel and never compromise on quality of videos.

it's a bit of both, if by posting daily your quality goes down, then focus more on making quality content instead of rushing volumes at the cost of quality. once users start skipping too quick through your content because it's not entertaining them, you will see a massive drop from the algorithm

Quality over quantity. I only post two or three times per week on my main account and I still have very good growth. There are other factors like niche targeting, posting at the optimal times for your follower base, being aware of what's going on in your niche, etc.
