Does posting every day help or hurt Instagram growth?

Posting every day is not mandatory posting regularly but consistently (3–5 times a week) usually leads to good and sustainable growth on Instagram.

If the account is new do not force daily posting. Start with three videos per week and gradually increase the count. I have seen many people post multiple videos per day but their accounts are old and already warmed up for that level of posting. If the account is new I would suggest sticking to three videos per week while warming it up in the correct niche. Make sure the quality of your content does not degrade over time as that can hurt engagement confuse your audience and push your content lower in the algorithm.

By far it has helped me to get good traction for my three pages. I created 10 reels for each account and scheduled for 10 days with chatgpt assisted caption and tags. I am getting around 10k views in each reel.

daily posting is good. one post daily wont harm your account. make sure content is unique. not some video or image you download from somewhere and post it.

It helps, Post Reels everyday consistently and one will blow up. And once a reel blows up, overall engagements and views of the account goes up.

As long as the content is following Instagram's TOS, that should be fine. Just make sure if you are posting about Models, all the posts are SFW; that should help keep the accounts safer.
Daily posting boosts growth when quality stays high. Consistent valuable content keeps your audience engaged and signals the algo positively.

no its doest hurt your growth. i have seen many big pages who post daily 5 to 10 times and doing pretty good.

You have to maintain the consistency but each time you need unique content else its of no use as it will be considered as spam

First of all, posting daily definitely doesn't negatively affect your account. What's important is the quality of your posts and your interaction rate with them. Only by publishing high-quality posts and maintaining a high interaction rate can you ensure steady growth for your posts.
