Does posting every day help or hurt Instagram growth?

It's great to see everyone emphasizing the importance of quality over frequency, as this approach can indeed lead to better engagement and a more sustainable growth strategy. I've personally found that focusing on creating high-quality, engaging content, even if it means posting less frequently, has resulted in more meaningful interactions with my audience. Does anyone have any tips on how to consistently come up with unique and engaging content ideas, especially when working with a niche topic? I'd love to hear about your content creation processes and how you maintain quality while still posting regularly. I post everyday on my accounts, no how many I post per day seems to perform different per account.

I am managing 20+ pages, some seem to perform better with one post per day, some 2 and some even up to 5 per day.

So I would say at the start just do one per day and gradually try doing more to see how it performs, either way try and space them out at least an hour or two.
