Does paypal get suspended after ebay suspends my account?

Hi, I have a paypal account that is aged, used by me several times, already passed limitations and used for only legit business (withdrawals from upwork, payments through my legit ecom site, payments from clients mainly).
So I decided to sell on ebay. Listed my first item that is a legit product (print on demand) and instantly got suspended indefinitely. I don't really care about ebay but I fear that suspension would raise red flags and my paypal would be limited too. Has anyone had a similar experience?

three years ago after recieving my ebay bann I also got an paypal bann - but now paypal is no longer part of ebay - so you should not loose your paypal account
