Does order in which we write the keywords in tags affect anything anymore?

Not that I know of. It has to contain all the tags and that's what matters. Feel free to correct me

A little, the ones you type first pop up best. This only matters though if your video is huge. Also, if you have a tag with more than one word, put it in these " " so it helps organize it better.

Regarding " " .. the keywords in youtube are already taken as separate keywords after we press a comma (,) after them like: (dog sausage,) so it takes (dog sausage) as one keyword.
So would putting it in " " still affect anything?
