Does not show my friends faces

I am Facebook user and i want to know you that my Facebook account does not shown a right hand friends faces i want to know you all that why is problem is accrued. I am trying to solve these problem so many times and i also contact Facebook team so many times but i did not get any response and i also search on search engines but i did not get my answer over there. So tell me how to solve these problem as soon as possible. And i also search on these forum but i did not get any helpful answer there and i also try to login from another computer but same problem is facing and i try many times but every time i cannot solve the problem.

I am trying to say you that I have a fb account and whenever I am login in my account I can't see my left hand side friends faces and I am trying to search it on Google but i can't get the answer from there so if you can help me in these matter then answer me so that i will solve these problem immediately
