I am just curious to know if when the new tech things did not exist then life was hard or not?

If you were born in or before the '90s era, then you know that all things have changed with our lifestyle, technology, etc..

So what are we running after?

Yes, life may have been more difficult in an era for example, communication was inconvenient, information was difficult to access, and everyday tasks would have been done passively.

We are using technology and innovation to increase convenience and productivity, and look for new experiences and opportunities. but sometimes when you're chased by all this change and pace, you overlook precious values. The important thing is to keep a balance while utilizing technology, and I think focus on improving the quality of life.

I remember the days before mobile phones! I think technology has made life both better AND worse in different ways. If I didn't have it I'd be working in a job now rather than working for myself online so there's that. For me THAT would be hard. However, I see how it's affecting the productivity and distractibility (and even the mental health) of the younger generation and it's definitely not all good. Now with the advent of AI I think there are many more problems to come. We have no choice but to go along with it though as this is how the world is evolving.

I think yes. Many things can be booked online now whereas before it was not possible.
 
New technology can be a game-changer, but it's not always a slam dunk. It's like a double-edged sword—smartphones keep us connected, but they can also suck us into a vortex of cat videos. It's all about finding that sweet spot and using tech in a way that adds value to our lives.
 
Take a plane to Sierra Leone, Burundi or Somalia and you will see if they are happy without technology
 
technology make life easy the problem is that people get use to it and when they have to face a challange they can't solve it, in fact the problem is not technology is how people miss use it.
 
Just like any other stuffs in life, Technology has advantages and discounts (both the good and bad sides)!
