Does it matter what time I start my ads?

From my experience, the exact start time isn’t that critical during testing as long as you give the algorithm enough data (24–48 hours or more). Starting at 4–6am is fine if your target audience is active later in the day. What matters more is consistency and not making changes too quickly during the learning phase.

Midnight is the standard advice because it gives the algorithm a full 24 hours to pace your spending evenly, however, starting at 4 AM or 6 AM is totally fine and won't ruin your results since it's still early in the day.
Just avoid launching in the afternoon or evening, because the system will try to rush-spend your entire daily budget in just a few hours, which usually leads to bad performance.

I believe the best time to start is when your target audience is most active online.
In my experience i have started campaigns at different times and results were pretty similar. so i don't think time matters.

I don't think time matters much what really matters is how well your targeting and creatives are set.

The starting time isn't that important on Meta or TikTok, as the system needs 24–48 hours to learn. You can absolutely run it from 4–6 AM, as long as you don't make many edits during that time.
Midnight is just a habit to "reset the day" and make it easier to monitor data; it's not the deciding factor in effectiveness. The most important things are creativity, targeting, and a stable budget.

Nah, it doesn’t really matter exact time you start. Both FB and TikTok will optimize over 24–48 hours anyway. People say midnight just cause it’s easy to track daily, but starting 4–6am is totally fine. Just give the full testing time and watch the data, it will adjust automatically.
