Bonefide "Writers" also often write more complicated content using fancy words just to pat themselves on the back and impress their clients. Writing for the Web should never be academic though. Even the biggest idiot should be able to understand your amazon product guide and then...buy.

Yes, whether or not the writer is a Native US speaker/writer makes a HUGE difference; always.
US-based writers with English as their first learned language will always author better content, a MAJORITY of the time.
However, depending on your audience, it may be beneficial to your budget to hire writers with English as their "second" language.
It's important to find a healthy cost-to-quality balance that will allow you to deliver the quality of content your audience expects.

Unfortunately, too many writers do this. Checking for originality and uniqueness is ALWAYS a MUST.
If I start to read an article and I notice that the grammar and English are not native. I end up getting put off generally. If you can afford it finding a native English speaker is definitely the way to go. There are only so many grammar mistakes that Grammarly and Spell-check will catch!

I have to say i'm also put off if an article is full of grammar mistakes and sounds funny. I just instantly believe that the article im reading was created by some cheap ass SEO and is worthless. Still, i've gotten back some excellent work from non native speakers and what should matter in the end is your bottom line. Why it's a good idea to be in competitive, yet lucrative niches.
Because a person is born and raised in England or America, doesn't mean they're automatically a good writer.
I have writers from other countries who write great content, but they just miss out the subtle nuances that a good native writer can add to an article.
If you cannot afford native writers and have a big team, you may wish to consider hiring a native proofreader instead. Grammarly is ok, as are most tools, but they're not the be all and end all.

To me, none of these samples are well-written, but I'm aware that my standards are pretty high.
For fashion/beauty content, try reading a popular magazine site to get an idea of the style of writing. It's generally a lot more emotive and colorful.
Writer A: robotic style, makes mistakes like "so you can release your breath" and "You can be relaxed that".
Writer B: unnatural style, "fashion elements" are not a thing, lazy word choices, e.g. "fashion elements will look more fashionable". Seems spun in places, e.g. "Anyone can easily hold it" seems like a rewrite of "anyone can pull it off".
Writer C: padding out the word count while not saying much. Multiple errors, like "It can meet your both needs" and "If you eager"
I would not use any of these writers, because they all make basic mistakes. Doesn't really matter if they are "native speakers" or not.

I have to agree they are not very good. They have some words which are just not appropriate in their usage. It seems that some of these words are spun as they dont really fit in. Phrases such as "expose your charming clavicle", "accustom to your original lips", "For a girl with a yellowish complexion" are just wrong but would be the result of spinning. I cant think anyone learning English would learn "expose your charming clavicle", but if you spun "shows your lovely shoulders" that is probably what a spinner would produce. Probably suitable for tier 2 sites but non money sites.

The problem is the words they are using are close but definitely not the correct usage. They have to be from a spinner. Took me 2 seconds to get their results. Apart from the word "shoulder" which is the correct word the spinner did the rest. They use clavicle which is totally the wrong word. Charming is also the wrong word.
