Commenting is part of the discussion of people on the particular topic & subject, There are many Blogs on them, Many articles are posted on each day & their visitors keep posting comments on the post.
So this doesn't matter how many comments you have on your blog.

Helps build engagement, shows it's used, builds trust and adds more content. If you don't have much engagement yet try this plugin from a fellow blackhatter, well worth it. I used it on a blog without much engagement and not getting lots of comments

Facebook ad wont be any problem but you bring some other cheap service means. Adsense disable your account. Recently they disable many accounts and very strict on their policy. If your content is not original then it would be a problem. They would review your account fully once you payment threshold (100$). that time many people got disabled.

@Frankie_ comments on your blog shows it's popular and active and can been seen by others as authority. Nothing worse than having g a blog/website with no interaction. Even Amazon and eBay email buyers asking to post feedback, it's the same principal.
Does that means that the cheap CPC could be cause of my not original content ?

No, I don’t think the number of comments you’re getting matters at all. Still, if you’d like to work on it, you can adjust your content a bit to make it more engaging, and have interesting calls to action at the end. Like, if you’re writing about tips for business people, end on: “So which of these tips have you used? Share your secrets in the comments below!” or something like that. But really, I don’t think that’s necessary — and you can always just have a contact form. If you have lots of comments in your content then it is a good ranking signal to Google. I saw a page while researching keyword for my niche site that content of the number one page is not better than other ranked pages but that page has around 2k comments.
