Does it matter to set permalink like this
http://ourdomain.com/?p=123 for seo ?

or should I set permalink to http://ourdomaincom/our-post ?

of coz the 2nd is the best. as u having ur targeted keyword in your title.

Sure second one cause more keywords somewhere(for instance url) is always better

+ people like to click on pretty things

Actually Google has made known to people that they can crawl dynamic pages as well as static pages.

Even much so, if your URL is descriptive, it will be more appealing to the user.

Set it as %postname%.html or %postname%.php .
