The keywords of several of my niche sites have been hovering on page 2 of Google, and I want to redirect to my niche site via 301 by purchasing some high-quality expired domain names.
What I want to confirm is this latest update from Google in December. Has it cracked down on expired domain name 301 redirects? Does this strategy work now?

They will never crack down on 301 because real companies do it all the time. But make sure you dont make more than 1 or 2 redirects and also the expired domains should be relevant to your current website.

thank you so much for your suggestion

It’s too early to tell but I don’t think 301 redirects will be hit but try with first with one redirect and then proceed ahead with the next one
so good. I will try one of my niche sites. Thanks

I was making 301 redirects from my spammy domains (xrumer+gsa) and website rank was dropped. But after 2-3 months BOOM! I get new better stable serps :)
