Does google recognize not indexed content ??

I've been seeing something weird lately, i was creating landing pages using Wix but the articles structure is the same.....whenever i try to run ads for that articles instantly google suspended ads accounts....
but the article isn't even indexed ...and i use the focus keyword as a domain with lil bit of variation every time

does google recognize articles even tho they are not indexed??
what could be the reason for the account suspension any idea ??

well, if you are sure it has nothing with the accounts themselves,
it could be with the wix website,
check about these 2, if not then it can be because of the content (they could be saving ads content separately)

May be accounts got foot prints and they are getting suspended.

Try a dummy campaign with different article on diff platform.

You will get to know.

They know you come "From DarkWeb" and they catch you, that is the reason

If I understand your query well, you can run a website that is not indexed in Google. Very often I run a fresh domain with freshly created website (never indexed in Google) and ad goes live after ofcourse 2 to 3 days review. Another thing you can try is chaging from wix to another hosting. Make sure your website has good quantity of relevant content, as that is very important nowadays for running it in GAds.
