Does Google dislike random links on website (random with every refresh)?

Lets say I have a Wordpress widget that shows 5 random links to other content on my website.
These links change for every refresh of the page.

Would Google dislike this? I was thinking about content changing all the time and it might see it as "spam"?

In my opinion, only the links visible during the latest crawled would get attribution and possibly pass juice but who knows if even that.

From SEO point of view it would be quite ineffective. Link juice takes some time to pass.

It might be disregarded altogether.

It would be as not having any link at all. If the keyword is constantly changing, once it's off you loose the momentum for that keyword. It would actually be worse to do this rather than a static keyword.

The reason I was thinking about doing this is because I would get the crawlers to easily find more content. It's a forum so it shows 5 random threads for each page refresh.

I do have sitemaps of course but I want something more to get the spiders to crawl more.

The problem is that this forum contains ~6500 threads and I believe it's hard to get exposure for them all. (except with the sitemap)

But maybe I just need to work with building backlinks to get the site to look "more important" so crawlers do a deep dive into the content.
