Does Google de-index content created by AI?

entirely depends on the content and how detailed the prompt was. (Would be a butthole clencher waiting for the next update tho)

I'm basically copying what I just wrote in another thread here:
AI content doesn't matter at all, Google literally mentioned this in their recent AI guidelines dox. What they care about is EEAT whether the content is AI or human-written.
The problem with AI content is that typically, unless you do some very specific things, AI content will be maybe 70-80% factually correct, and 80-85% of the time, articles coming out of Bard / ChatGPT / etc... don't align with search intent well.
For example, I write an article about "why do dogs get zoomies" - logical structure would be:
1. what are zoomies?,
2. why do dogs get zoomies?,
3. are excess energy outbursts bad for dogs?,
4. how to reduce FRAPs and zoomies
The user who has that question will want to know what zoomies are, what causes them, whether are they okay, and whether are there any ways to reduce them. That's the logical search intent here.
Now AI will write something like:
1. "The Science Behind Your Dog's Zoomies"
2. "Why Do Dogs Get Zoomies and How to Deal with Them"
3. "The Joy of Watching Your Dog Zoom: An Ode to Canine Energy"
4. "Zoomies: The Ultimate Expression of Your Dog's Happiness"
5. "Canine Zoomies: When to Worry and How to Keep Your Dog Safe"
6. "The Top 10 Reasons Dogs Get Zoomies (and What You Can Do About It)"
7. "Zoomies: How Dogs Release Excess Energy and Reduce Stress"
8. "From Puppies to Seniors: Why Dogs of All Ages Love to Zoom"
9. "Zoomies: A Sign of a Healthy and Happy Dog"
10. "The Best Ways to Encourage and Enjoy Your Dog's Zoomies".
(I actually pulled this from ChatGPT for the keyword above).
As you can see, this isn't entirely irrelevant but is plain weird and way too much info for the average user. AI seems to struggle with short, concise, and info-accurate posts, unless you do some very specific things. So in 99% of the sites that I've seen get slapped with the new update (including my own) - this was the issue.
Instead of handing the entire task off to AI do your own research on headings and article structure for top 3-4 articles for your keyword, get the headers, and AT LEAST get the AI to write the article using those headings for structure. Obviously, there's much more you'll need to do in order to make the content ideal, but this at least makes it closer to actual search intent.
The other thing to consider is Google hates regurgitated content. Try to add something new into the mix. Whether that's an opinion piece, some FAQs, or other stuff.

Not sure but remember not all ChatGPT content are original, so i advice not to do copy and paste

If Google "judges" content as low quality, with plagiarism, etc, Google will smack such a website.

It will be too early to comment any substantial answer for this, but I have seen so far that AI generated content is devalued by Google (once it determines that it is not written by human). Recent March update is a testimony of this. Many sites with AI content almost tanked overnight. Search through BHW threads and you will see people sharing their stories about it.
So I will advice you to either stay away from AI content or at least use it with proper moderation.

There is no such technology google have which can detect 100% spam that's why sometimes we see spammy pages ranking better than real websites. Hence google frequently updates it's index and if they find something spammy already added in their index they remove it from index.
So
Answer is yes, if your website don't add any value to google users than there is high possibility that google remove it from their index.

I may sound odd but dont grow too big to get noticed using AI, i ran a blog with copied content for years, what i was doing changing the publishing date of my blog to older than original one, I was able to beat upto 50 usd a month, back in 2015, i am from india, so this side hustle was good. LOL.

Many people having this problem with no manual edit or quality control.
I agree with this and you can find many if you search.
I dont think ive seen a single person who had a brand new AI domain besides myself bounce back yet.
Or if they exist they just are sharing it because for all we know we could be gone again in a day.
Doesnt even take 3 months, new sites can get blasted out of serp within a month down to no impressions without reason, no matter how impossibly easy the keyword they
are targeting was.
A lot of people are seeing a Rise with AI content the quickly dropping to practically 0 impressions.
Id assume google might be detecting it in some sort of way (not with expensive detection but maybe with common signals AI sites are giving)
or punishing mass publishing new sites.
Same thing I saw in my IM journey new website.
The site grew for the first then it crashed down to nothing, only recently have I got back rankings and traffic
but I cant say the same for many people I know and have seen.

Yes because it can detect if it's A.I. generated content and it places it on a lower rank.
