Does FB punished my ad account?

This my story:
The main ad account of my profile got disabled, but I still have 2 BM in there.

I decided to use 1 BM and created new ad account in there, added a different payment method to it.
Then I started running ads but the result is terrible. My cost per conversation increased 10X.

Like 0.082usd to 0.82usd

Does my new AD ACCT got shadowbanned by FB because I have disabled ad account in my profile and they detected it that's why they are giving me shitty traffic?

Anyone experienced scenario like this before?

How do you solve it?

Bad results on Facebook those days not just the ... Facebook extremely poor performance?

It could be like a shadowban, right. I don't think that it's this situation. But it could be ) Check majdi107's link.

shadow bans have become more common, not a total ban but FB feeds you crap traffic. I would defintiely start from scratch, new account, new BM new everything
