If you try it the normal way, NO it doesn't.
You need strong Business Managers with ad account to run ads and still there are few cloaking techniques used to avoid bans on casino gambling etc.
There are alot of sellers on BHW renting out AD accounts that doesnt get banned specifically for these categories. You should try any of them

Hello everyone, I started in this business a few weeks ago and wanted to show you my work to see what I can improve:
What I've done:
I created a bot that provides predictions, and registration through the link is mandatory to use it. My strategy is to get people into my Telegram channel, where I have a story, and from the channel, move them to private messages to eventually send them the bot and get them to deposit. I'm targeting Spanish-speaking traffic.
Organic traffic:
I have an account with 6,300 followers and over 10 million monthly views. I placed a link to my channel on November 19, and 37 people joined the Telegram channel.
Paid traffic:
I've been testing different creatives and custom audiences for a week and a half. Currently, I'm running a lead generation campaign at €20 per day. (You can see it in the images, is my second account). I'm not getting good conversions. I have the pixel set up on the landing page with the lead event. In total, after spending over €150, I only managed to get 94 subscribers for my Telegram channel.
