Does facebook allow blackhat ads?

Absolutely, when you're in your adset just select the blackhat option, it allows domain redirects, ads with too much text, before and after, and also scantily clad pictures. I use it to optimize all my campaigns cause it instantly drops all traffic to pennies and conversions to nothing more than $1 max...

Yeah that's what I thought. I managed to sneak in a blackhat service on warrior forum even though that wasn't allowed, but it was accepted. Not sure if that would work on FB as I would need to be descriptive to give the buyers an idea of what I'm offering. I also don't think cloaking would work either.

You could do that for a certain amount of time but it will get taken down by Facebook pretty fast unless you know how to hide it and target the correct audience.

Yeah facebook does accept blackhat ads however you do not want to market your ads as blackhat. Simply promote blackhat offers through email marketing. Once your leads are on your email list you can promote what you want

What you need to do is to have a good cloaking system, surely the facebook team will recognize that so you must have a high trust account or prepare multiple accounts to run your campaign.
