Hi im new there, i am a bodybuilder been training for a few years and was really wondering if its viable and possible to create your own personal brand and sell training plans/diets etc.

It kinda seems like its all taken over by fake accounts, bots ai and stuff but i dont understand those mechanisms so i just wanted to promote myself and find leads for personal traning because im about to start my sport college and want to support myself with a few hundred $ for food fuel etc

I dont have budget for paid ads, so im just asking about free content (+ landing page)

You can totally build your own brand and find clients with free content. Just share real tips, your own progress, and stories on social media. and more over starting a simple landing page is a good idea too. Stay patient and keep posting. All the best.

thank you

this is very encouraging

Yes, it is.

I have seen many bodybuilder around me that are successful through online methods of teaching others. Since you’re a bodybuilder about to start sport college, you actually have a great foundation: your own progress, your credibility, and the fact that you live the lifestyle you’re teaching. You have to be consistent while you start this journey. Not everyone starts with 1m followers. Even with a list of small followers, you can achieve the goal you are looking at.

Yeah, it’s totally possible. Start by sharing useful free content on Instagram or TikTok—tips, short workouts, nutrition advice. Build trust first, then offer your training plans or diets through a simple landing page. Consistency matters more than paid ads at the beginning. Engage with your audience and use hashtags to get noticed.

It's 100% worth it regardless of what you want to do in life. You are "the product" you're selling at any given moment or project. Plus having a personal brand pushes you to stay healthy, learn constantly and take better care of yourself so it's a win-win scenario

Absolutely, building a personal brand works, especially in fitness. Share your journey, workouts, and tips on platforms like Instagram or TikTok to build trust. Use a simple landing page for your training plans and diets. Focus on providing real value, and your audience will grow over time. Keep at it!

are there any specifics i should follow on each social media or do i just roll with it and post good stuff?

Yes, it’s absolutely possible. Share real tips, workouts, and your own progress on IG/TikTok to build trust. Stay consistent, engage with your audience, and use a simple landing page to offer plans once you’ve built credibility
