Hey there, I am new to this forum. I am trying to build a powerful PBN. I have found some expired domains with High PA/DA (50+) but their CF/TF is not that high (some has even less than 10). So should I buy those domains or not? Does CF/TF need to be as high as DA/PA ?

Considering that DA/PA sucks completely, then even my morning shit matters more than that.

Most of the expired domain with high DA/PA are spammed one. A year back, i spammed heavily to a seasonal website and the DA of that website is 48 and that domain is full crap. So do not go by this metrics alone. TF should be > 15 and CF/TF should not be more than 1.2

Of course, there is nothing to wonder DA 50 for an expired domain. It can be easily achieved by content, Domain age, link quantity.. Now a day you can find lots of good authority expired domains, but most of them having very few trust flow. In the past, we believed in the authority now there are a lot of other factors to consider. Before buying an expired domain apart from DA you should consider Trust flow, Referring domain, anchor text, backlink spam, domain history..

With PR long gone (actually it still exists internally, just that the data isn't available publicly), we need to rely on multiple metrics when making a decision in determining a good domain with good metrics.
You can't rely on just 1 - but you need multiple ones, and that would provide a very accurate overview on the domain's 'actual' metric.
I would personally use both DA/PA and TF - a high DA/PA but low TF would mean that site may be built on spam links, and none of the links are valuable enough to contribute a decent amount of TF in the process. A decent TF (which means that other valuable domains may be linking back) would be TF>25-35 and that would be a decent domain. Anything higher is considered very valuable (a must grab).
You will need to further examine the link profile just to make sure that the link profile is clean and not built through an automated means.

If Domain authority is DA50+ means why the TF/CF is very low? I think there is the problem in that domain, So I am not recommended to you. Because it is big different from DA and TF metrics.
Check the backlinks for that domain is it clean backlink history?

CF/TF are way better than Moz DA/PA. But don't depend upon only on these matrixes. Do some manual work check traffic check footprints.

You should always consider Referring Domains (RD) of PBN you are willing to get links from.

Right now it shouldn't need reiterating as so many people have stated as such but Moz stats are mostly not that useful these days. A high DA or Pa rarely correlates to a quality domain when looking at expired domains or linking partners. There are times it does but there are so many low quality high DA sites out there it is becoming less useful as time goes on.
Majestic is not perfect but is a reasonable correlation on quality when looking at the domain level metrics.
