Do they allow me to post their model photos (non nude) on social media.
And how can I redirect visitors to specific room?
How Can I cloak my aff links ?

You will need to check the ToS for the networks to see if it is OK to use images.

I've done Chaturbate promotion and I can tell you that a lot of the models are DMCA protected. Some are not, but if you post pics or vids of models that have DMCA protection without their permission they could sue you.

I’ve seen some networks that allow you to post models pictures, but it would depend on each program so you need to look at their terms.

And make sure you get clear confirmation otherwise you’ll get your account banned.
