Does BHW packages works for non english websites?

I have a few websites which aren't in English language and want to do a link building for them. Does BHW link building packages would improve their rankings or links should be from the same language websites?

Yes they do.
But you need to contact the link building service provider.

If your site is Non English better to do targeted English sites and Tlds will be alot better for get ranked

In general they are going to work for you; I'm sure there are some exceptions but I know that what we offer does and I am 99% sure that other guys will be able to serve you as well.

Just speak to them before hand so that they understand your situation and they can probably make adjustments to serve you.
