I'm looking to purchase an app similar to magic liker where people can get coins for instagram likes by either buying tokens or liking other peoples pics. I need it to be fully automated. If anyone knows where I can find this please let me know.

Likepool is the best it comes to those free token systems. But there are lots of options out there. Jarvee, FollowLiker, etc.

if you are a programmer, or looking to hire one, then you can look at the github libraries

mgp25 (php)
instapy (python)
there is a node library but I cannot never remember it

Then code the piping code to do what you want.

As to ball park figure, well it depends on the quality of your dev and what you want *Exactly*. Even with exact specs, dev price predictions are always completely wrong, so without a spec, you don't stand a chance of getting an accurate figure.
