I don`t think there are any good methods without using ads!!
What I do is post to my page then use other accounts to share from my page to their timeline, then use that account to share from their timeline into groups. I post 10 x posts to my main page and about 30-40 shares, to about 25 slave accounts with groups.

Its what I do at the moment, there are lots of other factors involved - warming, build, joining groups and so on.. but its a good place to start as your main domain shouldn`t be exposed!
It's not my main project but it helps drive traffic to my websites!
