Does anyone here have experience setting up and successfully running email campaigns using mautic or mail whiz?

What did you do to set up them correctly?
What were your costs for setup?
How many emails max in one go u can send without being downgraded to promotions,social or thrown out to the dogs in spam?

Is there any tool to slow email sends meaning for example if u send 5K emails it will drip feed and send emails like every 10 minutes in batches of 100 emails so then in 50 rounds done that one email campaign as this is what many providers like onesignal seem to do to keep sending domains clean and reduce spam scores it seems
