Does anyone have experience with the "Instagram account creator" software

I have only been using Instagram marketing for a month now so am still pretty much a noob. I have been subject to scams before which is why I am writing this post to ask for your help. I just found a software that promises it can create Instagram accounts in bulk. Since there is nothing in the blackhatworld forums about it I am going to assume it is a scam. However, as much as I am sure it is a scam the little doubt inside that wants to believe it isn't has gotten me to write this post.
The software is on a site with the domain "imristo" I can't post the link because I am new to bhw

Have any of you guys used it before?
Is there a coupon for it because 50 dollars just seems a little too much.
Also, if I were to buy it how would I know that the developer wouldn't discontinue the software like Massplanner did with their mass account creator and my money would go to waste?

He wrote quite a few useful guides for instagram, how to use different ig tools etc. He's legit and pretty knowledgeable when it comes to ig, so i'd say, you can trust him. He advertises the acc creator in his sig.
