Because I whant to know if they work in a company and how they get real estate for sell? In my country is comon to be hire at a real estate company just to promote the offer they give you and if you sell something you get 40% from the comision. So how I can get find real estate and after sell and receive entire comision? Or better how I can find real estate for sell? Should I knock at every house to ask? Or whats yhe best way? Thank

I'm not 100% sure exactly what it is you want to do with real estate. That being said, you've essentially outlined the role of an estate agent/realtor. You've already shed light on the fact that norms of real estate agency vary from country to country so I can't comment on your situation. Your final few questions are what I'd call sourcing. That is approaching homeowners, securing an option agreement and then selling on a packaged deal to an investor/developer. As mentioned above, you're talking to the wrong crowd here. I'd advise you to get to know your market and build your network locally if you're serious about going in real estate.
