Does anyone can help me with DreamHost account?

Hello BHW-ers. I have a problem with a clients DreamHost VPS accounts. The problem is that he has more than 650+ niche domains which are miss-typed URL's and on that way are generating traffic. 2 weeks ago, they banned the both accounts for too many complaints. We tried to contact them like 20-30 times, but they are ignoring us. Can anyone help, or has a insider at DreamHost? My client is ready to pay for your help.

When they have many complains, for sure they won't help you, nor they will want your business

Simply get a good offshore hosting that ignores complains and move your domains there

Well, i only need the backup of the domains (Content + Databases). I will have to remake more than 600 websites. They could have warned us, not just disable the account and answer nothing..

well, that kinda sucks... however depending on the nature of the complains sometimes hosting companies are pretty scared and disable and delete on the second without any warning..

Not much you can do if you don't have a physical copy offline.
I automate backups once every week or two to copy to my dropbox folder and a remote ftp destination incase something like this happens.
Not that it helps you now

Well DreamHost doesnt backup files with more than 5GB or something.. Lesson is learned, the consequences are huge...
