Does anybody tried payoneer vcc?

As entropay closed i decided to switch to payoneer virtual credit card option.
Does anyone have experience with payonerr vcc.
Does it allow to create multiple virtual cards with different name.
Also please help me to know the cost.

Payoneer isn't a VCC provider. They provide you with a physical debit card and if you request it, a virtual bank account (VBA) in a few currencies, which is called the Global Payment Service. You can check their FAQ for their fees, but some of those are account specific, so you will only know, after you created the account.
