Does anybody Know any good content locking traffic source?

Hi Fellow members

I have few registration offers where i need to deliver just signup and advertiser has no problem in getting incentive traffic, is there any good content locking traffic source where i can push these offers. Already tried push traffic but the volume i am getting from push is just 100 leads per day and i need more than 1000 leads per day

Any help would be highly appreciated.
