I didn't buy it, it was a gift from my parents, they bought 2 side-by-side, one they're building their house on, one is mine apparently. I don't have pictures of it on this laptop, sorry, but here's a couple of my step dad on their lot. :/

The idea is to buy an island at least 200 miles off the coast of any country. You can then have your own country with your own laws!
thats a pretty nice anushow much you selling it for? - not that i can afford it

Wow i didn't know you could get an island for so cheap. I really have something to work towards for the next couple of years....50k in a couple years to blow on an island is definitely doable.
No but I own 10 acres on the moon.
Seriously. lol
So your little island of $100,000 could end up being over a million dollar project.
I agree with you on the water and electricity stuff, but I disagree on the housing issue. Assuming the weather is somewhat mild (no 6 feet snow hills in winter, relatively few and weak hurricanes, preferably no tsunamis), a 2-storey wooden house, properly insulated and reinforced could be built for sums that are below seven digits in lenght.
I remember when I explained the concept of micronations to my friend a few months ago (I think it was on January). He loved it.![]()
Now, hypothetically, if someone here had an island that was outside of teritorial waters and belonged to no country, how could we go about getting recognition for the Meritocracy of BlackHatWorld?
personally, when rent is so cheap on many of the islands as it is, and women are abundant in supply...why commit? You can get a furnished 2 bed in barbados for $350/mo. for example.
jesus, i don't even want to run my own campaigns or market my own products, so why would i want to maintain infrastructure and fly in my own entertainment? srlsy!
