I'm experimenting something with split pages and Facebook ads.
Content site. Getting traffic but doesn't seem these guys want to click the ads. Targetting south Africa though.

Unless you find a way to get 0.01 cent clicks on FB this likely won't work

Why not use Facebook Instant Article and Audience Network? I have seen pretty good ROI on listicles and articles filled with images.

Apparently there are people on YouTube, they show how you can optimize Facebook ads for as low as $0.01 PPC, I also saw a guy flexing how he knows the trick to keep his CPC below $0.005 targeting the tier 1 audience. I dont know if that's Pure BS or something legit.

Do you mean organic clicks on your Facebook instant article? Forget about making any money if your page has less than the total of 100k likes. People wont click on your posts unless you have something very trending which goes viral.
