I saw this site in google ranking in top15 for "payday loans":

http://paydayloansofficer.com

I pasted the url into majesticseo.

It is not even one month old i guess.

But almost 90% of all the anchors are just main keywords "payday loans" and "payday loan".

How does that work out ?

This website is not in top 100. How you see this in top 15? did you logged out from gmail account and cleared your cookies???

Yes, i just checked in traffic travis for US, it shows on #14

He's doing something dodgy. Probably hijacking results.

If you check the backlinks there are loads of hacked links hidden behind the content.. And if you check the rate at which they got backlinks, it's crazy. Over 10k links found in ahrefs in November..

Yes, anchor diversity really does matter. If you want to stay out of trouble and to succeed in high rankings, receive organic traffic and successfully establish your brand, you should use diverse anchors that look natural.

Probably doing something else to rank it high. A lot of these payday loan sites come up high for a bit and disappear fast.

yup, some javascript that injects his content so it's not visible to the visitors - the webmaster won't see it and won't remove it, but the links are there and the SEs wil definitely count them; just shows that tons of links will shoot you to the top

You'll always find sites that break all the rules and still rank well, especially at the start of their life-cycle. But never, ever believe that this means it's safe or Ok!

It's just like speeding; you may get away with it for a while, but the more you do it, and the more you stretch it, the sooner it'll come back and bite you...
