Hello all,

I have my Twitter account with 3700 followers. I tweet like 3-4 times daily related to my niche site. I found this huge difference that analytics show very less traffic while my WordPress theme shows page views better in number. Can anyone suggest on which tool is best to track Twitter traffic?

Did you try Maxvisits for Twitter?
You can also bring traffic manually on twitter by promoting the Url on all soical media.

I don't believe too many trackers get Twitter traffic counted accurately at 100%.

For better results go to analytics.twitter.com --> you can get JetPack for Wordpress or better track with a URL shortener.

Whichever counts the less views and i'm not even kidding. Most tracking systems don't rule out known Twitter bots/crawlers, which visit your links you posted on Twitter, those visits can be in the hundred range. These visits should stop after a short while though and after that you should see the correct numbers.

Why you don't advanced analytics plugins? There are some good plugin to track social media traffics. You can search at codecanyon for premium analytics. "WP Social Analytics" maybe a good one.

Thanks everyone for suggestions. I might try WordPress plugins to track.

Kinda sums it all. Yeah you will notice Twitter spiders traffic up to 50 clicks which are mostly from Spain & Germany as far as I remember.

I think you have to use Google analytics for this purpose.
That is the best tool for analyzing the traffic on any site.
