Yeah it should be ok, they don't really check that much.
When I signed up, I was using the cracked software niche. The only question they asked me was; "do you give the user the software in the end?" and I lied and said yes. The point I am trying to make is that they aren't very strict, and if they don't like what you are doing then you can always lie to them.

Hmmm, your "niche" breaks the terms and conditions and you could be easily banned without excuses, anyways I will try to contact with someone for talk about this.

Yeah its a risk I am willing to take
Also its no longer a risk as my Affiliate Managers know I am doing this and they are ok with it.
Yeah if you or anyone plans on doing this sort of niche, I would advise them to talk to one of the Aff managers, to make sure its ok.
