Yeah it should be ok, they don't really check that much.

When I signed up, I was using the cracked software niche. The only question they asked me was; "do you give the user the software in the end?" and I lied and said yes. The point I am trying to make is that they aren't very strict, and if they don't like what you are doing then you can always lie to them.

Yeah but look at this part of their T&C:

"Websites must not promote or reference software piracy (warez, cracking, etc.), hacking, or other illegal activity."

Well I have used the cracked software niche, and they even know I used it and they didn't mind as long as I gave the user the software at the end of the survey, which I don't.

So their T&C means very little. But there is still a risk that OP could be banned.

Hmmm, your "niche" breaks the terms and conditions and you could be easily banned without excuses, anyways I will try to contact with someone for talk about this.

Not many US based content locking networks accept that type of traffic. Blue Track Media doesn't for our content locker, nor overall traffic.

Also its no longer a risk as my Affiliate Managers know I am doing this and they are ok with it.

Yeah if you or anyone plans on doing this sort of niche, I would advise them to talk to one of the Aff managers, to make sure its ok.
